Hector Constantzos moved to appoint Robert Maynard as Assistant Town Administrator for the Town of Stow through June 30, 2026, and subject to annual reappointment thereafter. The motion was seconded by JT Toole. The Board voted unanimously in favor of the appointment, welcoming Maynard to the position with a start date of September 15th.

Hector Constantzos moved to grant a special event permit for the Lions Autumn Food Truck Festival to be held at Lions Field on Saturday, September 27, 2025, and Sunday, September 28, 2025, from 11 AM until 6 PM each day, pending receipt of all required documents to include permits for each of the nine food vendors, and a pre-event walkthrough with the Police Department, Fire Department, Building Department, and the Board of Health coordinated by Sergeant Goguen as indicated in his operational plan. The motion was seconded by JT Toole. The Board voted unanimously to approve the special event permit.
