Megan Birch-McMichael moved to convene into executive session pursuant to MGL Chapter 30A, section 21(a) (3), for the purpose of reviewing Executive Session minutes from April 1, 2025, and under section 21 (a)(6), for the purpose of considering the exchange or value of real property (688 Great Road) as the Chair has declared that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body, and not return to open session.
