Vice Chair Roberts made a motion to enter executive session, seconded by Mr. Carrara. Mr. Gitto requested a point of information. He stated that he was in possession of proof that SMAC provided the required information a year ago. Mr. Gitto listed the specific items: income expenditures with IRS returns; capital plan 2023-2027; 2024 equipment list and review of the by-laws. Seventy seven pages were received by the Board. Chair Cavey suggested that this matter be discussed in executive session and called for a vote on the motion. The motion passed 5 - yes 0 - no.
