Schedule a public hearing on the 3" violation
Mr. Mokrisky made the motion that the Board schedule a public hearing on the 3" violation, seconded by Mr. Carrara. Atty. Chaplin suggested an amendment to the motion, stating that the Board reserves the right to consider this violation as third violation. On the amended motion, the Board voted 5 - yes 0 - no.
