If Mr. Hill has failed in his efforts, the Board should advertise and move toward a new hire
Mr. Carrara made the motion that if Mr. Hill has failed in his efforts, the Board should advertise and move toward a new hire. Mr. Cavey seconded the motion. Ms. Roberts offered the clarification that if Mr. Hill had not complied by the 1" meeting in January, the Board would seek a new hire. On the motion clarified, the Board voted 4-0.
