Meet next January 10, 2022
Ms. Roberts made the motion to meet next January 10, 2022, seconded by Mr. Gitto. Dr. Grimm commented that TIFS are included in the base. She said TIFS do not go into the general fund, they do not add to the revenue stream. Ms. Roberts asked for an update relative to new growth. Dr. Grimm answered that there is no concrete information at this time. She said new growth estimates are based on historical trends. She noted that new growth doesn't catch up for a year and a half. Ms. Roberts agreed that it was good to be conservative, considering construction cycles and the effect of Covid. On the motion to meet January 10, 2022, the Board voted 4-0 to approve.
