Motion: That a fence be installed around the circumference of the property with a minimum height of five feet (5) which will keep the dogs enclosed on their property with the stipulation that if the dogs escape, the fence will be replaced with a six-foot fence. The fence will be erected within 60 days. Until such time that a permanent fence is erected, a temporary fence shall remain in place and the dogs should be leashed when walked or confined to the house.
