Sullivan made a motion to approve the Purchase & Sales agreement for the property located at 320 Fall River Avenue (Assessor's Map 14, Lot 78), 763 Arcade Avenue (Assessor's Map 14, Lot 100) and 769 Arcade Avenue (Assessor's Map 14, Lot 101), Seekonk. It was seconded by P. Pozzi, and it was approved. Vote: 4-1 in favor (M. Healy - opposed) Pam Pozzi-Aye; Michelle Hines-Aye; Chris Zorra-Aye; Michael Healy – Nay; Justin Sullivan – Aye J. Pozzi, and it was unanimously approved.
