That the Board recertify the vote taken on Article 5, as presented and approved unanimously at the November 14, 2022 Special Town Meeting , requesting a Home Rule Petition be filed by the General Court relative to Wastewater Treatment and Disposal in the Town of Sandwich; and, further, to request that the Town Clerk forward a certified copy of this vote and approved language of Article 5 to the General Court.
