To adopt the proposed 2025 Shellfish License Fees (no changes) and authorize the Shellfish Constable to open said areas to the harvest of shellfish once the MA Division of Marine Fisheries has received acceptable samples. Said opening shall occur no earlier than December 7, 2025. Said areas shall close when deemed appropriate by the Shellfish Constable but no later than May 31, 2026.

“Mr. George moved to adopt the proposed 2025 Shellfish License Fees (no changes) and authorize the Shellfish Constable to open said areas to the harvest of shellfish once the MA Division of Marine Fisheries has received acceptable samples.
