That we vote to approve and execute the following documents to effectuate the Town's purchase of the properties at 225 Discovery Hill Road, 190-R Discovery Hill Road, and 116-A Kiah's Way, Sandwich (together, the "Properties") for wastewater purposes: 1. Acceptance of Deed from Steven Weiss, Trustee in Bankruptcy for the bankruptcy estate of MarkW. Wlsentaner, Docket No. 22-11487-CJPfor the property at 225 Discovery Hill Road, Sandwich; 2. Acceptance of Deed from Steven Weiss, Trustee in Bankruptcy for the bankruptcy estate of Discovery Hill, LLC, Docket No. 23-10741-CJP for the property at 190-R Discovery Hill Road, Sandwich; 3. Acceptance of Deed from Steven Weiss, successor Trustee of Kiah Discovery Hill Realty Trust for the property at 116-A Kiah's Way, Sandwich; and 4. Any other closing documents approved by Town Counsel necessary to effectuate the Town's purchase of the Properties; And further to authorize the Chair or Vice Chair of the Select Board to execute the documents on behalf of the Select Board.
