That we vote to approve and execute the following documents for the acquisition of 180 Cotuit Road and installation of solar facility thereon: 1. Acceptance of Deed from ASD Cotuit MA Solar, LLC; 2. Solar Energy Ground Lease and Easement Agreement on 180 Cotuit Road; and 3. Agreement for Payment in Lieu of Taxes Under M.G.L. c. 59, § 5 (Clause Forty Fifth) and amended to authorize the Town Manager to sign.
