We approve pledge of two licenses

Minutes, page 4

ApprovePassed · Unanimous, 5 present

We approve pledge of two licenses.

From the minutes

“Mr. Miller moved we approve pledge of two licenses. Mr. George seconded. Mr. Sampson suggested amendment to include comments to ABCC of our concerns. Mr. Miller accepted amendment. Mrs. James said she would recommend just using the Brown Jug license and not put both together, as the approval for the initial licenses appeared to be an end run around obtaining the appropriate single license in the first place. Mr. Sampson added, as long as ABCC is aware of our concerns, he trusts they will investigate what might look like a loophole. Mr. Hoctor seconded amendment. Unanimous on amendment..” (Motion: Miller, second: George)
