That we approve and execute an Order of Taking for permanent easement interests in Kensington Drive as shown on a plan of land entitled "Town of Sandwich, Plan of Kensington Drive, as Laid Out as a town Way by its Selectmen," dated October 2017, prepared by David C. Thulin, PLS, to be recorded with Barnstable Registry of Deeds, and certain permanent drainage easement associated with said road as identified in said Order of Taking and award damages as determined by an appraisal to those owners who have not waived their damages, and authorize the Town Counsel to file the Order of Taking with the Barnstable Registry District of the Land Court.
