“Select Board Member Morse then makes a motion to enter into Executive Session to discuss Strategy session relating to union and non-union personnel, the Board will not come back into Open Session at the conclusion. The Chair has declared that an Open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body. This motion is seconded by Member Ciaburri. All members of the Board are in favor and the Executive Session meeting is opened..” (Motion: Morse, second: Ciaburri)
