Carlo Bacci moved to adjourn. Vanessa Alvarado seconded it. Mr. Bacci noted he does not think they should have the meeting because public comment was disallowed. Mr. Dockser noted the public could still send emails with their thoughts he was just not allowing the public to join tonight as this was an added meeting for two specific topics. The motion failed with the following roll call vote: Herrick- no; Alvarado - no; Landry - no; Bacci - yes; Dockser no.
