To approve. She said the commentary is very important as the questions themselves will not list the dollar amounts. Mr. Barnes stated that he did include in the flyer the dollar amounts as it is informational. Mr. Barnes informed that the dollar amounts are not included in the actual ballot questions due to regulations of Massachusetts Law that specifically state that dollar amounts are not to be included for debt exclusions. Mr. Pacheco seconded the motion for discussion. He said he has no issue with the ballot questions or verbiage for the brochure. He agreed that the amounts should be included and suggested adding information to inform residents that these are separate ballot questions and can be voted on separately, in whichever way voters choose. Mr. Barnes said he will include language stating that voters can choose how they vote on each question individually. Because the last paragraph is regarding absentee and mail-in voting, Mr. Schiavo suggested it should have a higher priority and be placed at the beginning of the flyer or in bold lettering. He said, “This is very important for a lot of people as we don't know what the weather will be like around February 7^(th).” Mr. Barnes will use bold lettering on that portion of the informational notice
