To allocate $500,000 for the necessary renovations on the inside of the Senior Center

From the minutes

“Motion: Moved by Pacheco and seconded by Riley to allocate $500,000 for the necessary renovations on the inside of the Senior Center. Discussion: Ms. Riley stated that as far as the addition is concerned, it is a great project, but projects like that need to be voted on at Town Meeting. ARPA funds were originally health-related and she is very concerned with the water … rock down the road. He told the audience, “There is one Board member who can see past today's issue and who tries not to keep putting this off. There is a vote for $500,000 but it does not deal with the fact that the building is way too small.” Vote: 3-0-0.” (Motion: Pacheco, second: Riley)
