To approve for use until 9:00 p.m., which was the time identified as closing time at the last meeting. It was stated that if the applicant wishes to go beyond the 9:00 p.m. hour, they need to come back for a modification. Ms. Riley seconded and informed that the license request is for instrumental music and vocal. If there is anything other than that, the applicant would need to come back before the Board. Mr. Laghetto informed that it will be 1-2 persons playing instruments. He clarified that the business is open until 9:00 p.m. for food, but he was hoping to keep it open until 10:00 p.m. Mr. Pacheco said he would be amendable to 10:00 p.m. on an interim basis with the stipulation that if there are any complaints, the Board would need to revisit the license. Mr. Pacheco withdrew his original motion and motioned to approve the request consistent with the application, consistent with police guidance, consistent with the Board's right to require the hiring of a police detail if necessary, and for a three-month trial period for the 10:00 p.m. closing time. Ms. Riley seconded
