“Mr. at Town Hall so that we can attempt to approve the allocation of $300,000 in the surplus revenue pay down and also to refinance some of the excluded debt for a savings for the taxpayers of approximately $800,000, Mrs. Smith seconded and Mrs. Donahue made it unanimous..” (second: Smith)
