The BOS herby approves the creation of a new gift account for the Town of Plympton, to be designated for the "Two Brooks Preserve". This account will accept donations now and in the future to the Two Brooks Preserve, for the purpose of establishing and maintaining the Preserve for conservation, educational and related civic purposes. If creation of the Two Brooks Preserve is not approved by the upcoming Special Town Meeting this September 20, 2018, all gifts received to date will be returned. Gifts to this account are considered tax-deductible under Federal & State Laws
