If an open meeting may have detrimental effect on the negotiating position of this public body, and that you as Chair declare so, and conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with non-union personnel, or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with non-union personnel, and that we then reconvene in open session

“Ms. Shaw Reed moved to go into Executive Session to consider the purchase, exchange, sale, lease, or value of real property. If an open meeting may have detrimental effect on the negotiating position of this public body, and that you as Chair declare so, and conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with non-union personnel, or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with non-union personnel, and that we then reconvene in open session. Seconded by Mr. Mathison. Chair does declare that Executive Session is needed otherwise it would compromise the negotiating position. Roll Call vote: Andrea Shaw Reed - AYE; Michael Herman - AYE; Kevin Galligan - AYE; Mark Mathison - AYE. 4-0-0..” (Motion: Reed, second: Mathison)
