“Mr. Runyon moved to accept the liaison assignments as worked out at the meeting and kept track of by Mark Reil. Seconded by Mr. Herman. Discussion: It was stated that staff would create and maintain a separate page for selective staff-led initiatives as discussed, and that this page would not be published as part of the official liaison assignments. Clarification was requested regarding whether all items currently listed under the gray section would be included. It was confirmed that items under that section would not be published as liaison assignments, and that further refinement of labeling or categorization may be needed. It was emphasized that the information would be retained internally on a separate page to preserve the discussion and Rererenge material. All voted AYE. Motion passed unanimously..” (Motion: Runyon, second: Herman)
