“Mr. Herman moved to go into Executive Session to consider the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property located on 22 Old Tote Road, 66/76 Rt 6A, 32 Locust Road, and 157/159 Rt 6A, if the Chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the body for each property so listed, and to reconvene in open session. Mr. Galligan seconded the motion. Mr. Mathison declared that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the body. Roll call vote with Mr. Herman, Mr. Runyon, Ms. Reed, Mr. Galligan, and Mr. Mathison voting AYE. Motion passed: 5-0-0..” (Motion: Herman, second: Galligan)
