“Ms. Reed moved that the Select Board meet in Executive Session to consider the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property located at Brewster Cross Road and that the Chair of the Select Board declare an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body, and to reconvene for the sole purpose of adjournment. Mr. Runyon seconded the motion. The vote was by roll call with Mr. Galligan, Mr. Runyon, Ms. Reed, and Mr. Herman voted Aye. Motion carried: 4-0-0..” (Motion: Reed, second: Runyon)
