To go into Executive Session with respect to litigation with BWell Holdings, Inc. and to discuss strategy with respect to litigation with Saving Nauset Dunes, and that the Chair declare and open session would have a detrimental effect on the litigating body, and to reconvene in open session. Mr. Runyon declared an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the body

“Ms. Reed motioned to go into Executive Session with respect to litigation with BWell Holdings, Inc. and to discuss strategy with respect to litigation with Saving Nauset Dunes, and that the Chair declare and open session would have a detrimental effect on the litigating body, and to reconvene in open session. Mr. Runyon declared an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the body. Ms. Reed, Mr. Galligan, Mr. Mathison and Mr. Runyon voted Aye by roll call.
