“Select Person Balboni made a motion for the Town Administrator (Deborah Potter) and the Fin Com Chair (Sherry Countryman) to work with the Vineyard Haven Town Administrator and Fin Com to agree on a embarkation fee of between $1.50 and 2.00 and send the Tisbury and Oak Bluffs Embarkation Fee Memorandum and Julian Cyr's and Dylan Fernandes office.
