Motion to award the bid to Alexandria Real Estate Equities for their bid of 22,500,000 dollars made by Selectman Hajjar, seconded by Selectman Donohue. The motion was amended to add that the Board authorizes the manager to sign any and all documents relating to this bid and sale. Motion was passed unanimously.
