MR. CHAIRMAN, I MOVE TO ACCEPT A GIFT IN THE AMOUNT OF $13,600.00 FROM THE FRIENDS OF NORTH READING PARKS AND RECREATION FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF KIDSPOT. Mr. Masse added he would have always suggested at least 2 bids, ideally 3 is best practice. When he found out the only bidder was this contractor, he was happy to see as he has professionally crossed paths with this contractor before and can attest to their professionalism, cleanliness, and responsiveness. He wishes the project the best of luck and commended the 3% contingency and offered to volunteer his time for the project. Mr. O'Leary was happy to see this project brought to fruition. Thank you.
