CHAIRMAN, I MOVE TO APPROVE LANGUAGE FOR HOME-RULE PETITION APPROVED UNDER ARTICLE 18 OF THE JUNE 10, 2024 SPRING ANNUAL TOWN MEETING, AND TO DIRECT THE TOWN ADMINISTRATOR TO SUBMIT THE ASSOCIATED LEGISLATION TO THE STATE DELEGATION. MOTION BY: MR. MASSE SECONDED BY: MRS. GONZALEZ There was some discussion about some sections, tax levy and the legislation that were clarified by Mr. Gilleberto. Mr. Masse wanted it to be noted that he had voted on this article and feels he should have abstained and not voted. It is not that he does not have compassion for the seniors and he is happy for them he just had little time to prepare and he will learn from this mistake. VOTED BY: MR. STUTO AYE MRS.
