MR. CHAIRMAN, I MOVE TO RATIFY AND SIGN THE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN OF NORTH READING AND THE DPW UNION FOR THE PERIOD OF JULY 1, 2024 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2027.

“MR. CHAIRMAN, I MOVE TO RATIFY AND SIGN THE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN OF NORTH READING AND THE DPW UNION FOR THE PERIOD OF JULY 1, 2024 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2027. MOTION BY: MR. MASSE SECONDED BY: MR. O'LEARY Mr. Gilleberto gave a description of the agreement that will last until June 30, 2027 and its 7 points of change. Mr. O'Leary further explained the DPW employees work diligently 365 days a year, 24/7 hours and save the Town of North Reading a lot of money. He added it was a pleasure to work on the negotiation team and urged his colleagues to support. VOTED BY: MR. STUTO AYE MRS. GONZALEZ AYE MR. WALLNER AYE MR. O'LEARY AYE MR. MASSE AYE VOTE: 5-0 (UNANIMOUS).” (Motion: Masse, second: O'Leary)
