The Board vote to determine that in the case of the proposed acquisition of a portion of 0 Cartwright Road (Assessors' Parcel 2190019), containing approximately 10 acres, advertising will not benefit the Town's interest because of the unique qualities and location of the property needed. This determination is made on the basis that the property is large, currently undeveloped, can be used as conservation land and open space, and is contiguous to the Town's existing Ridge Hill Reservation and can be added to that property once acquired and that the Board vote to execute the Purchase and Sale Agreement with Marjorie Pine.
