The Board vote to enter into Executive Session pursuant to Exception 6: to discuss the purchase, lease and value of real property located at the Stephen Palmer Building, 83 Pickering Street, Needham, MA, where the Chair declares that an open meeting on both of these items may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body [The Chair so declares.] and to adjourn at the conclusion of the executive session without returning to open session.

“Motion by Ms. Frail that the Board vote to enter into Executive Session pursuant to Exception 6: to discuss the purchase, lease and value of real property located at the Stephen Palmer Building, 83 Pickering Street, Needham, MA, where the Chair declares that an open meeting on both of these items may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body [The Chair so declares.] and to adjourn at the conclusion of the executive session without returning to open session.
