“Motion: by Mr. Matthews that the Select Board vote to enter into Executive Session under Exception 3, to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares (and the chair so declared), not to return to open session prior to adjournment. Second: Ms. Cooley. Unanimously approved 5-0 by roll call vote..” (Motion: Matthews, second: Cooley)
