“Motion by Mr. Borrelli that the Select Board vote to enter into Executive Session. Exception 6 - To consider the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body, and the chair so declared, not to return to open session prior to adjournment. Second: Mr. Matthews. Unanimously approved 3-0 by roll call vote..” (Motion: Borrelli, second: Matthews)
