“Motion by Mr. Bulian that the Select Board vote to enter into Executive Session under Exception 6 - To consider the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body and not to return to open session prior to adjourning. Second: Mr. Borrelli. Unanimously approved 5-0 by roll call vote..” (Motion: Bulian, second: Borrelli)
