Note on these minutes: The attendance line lists the outgoing board (with Richard Jennett and Susan Salamoff) and names Bruce Evans and Kathryn Coughlin under “Also Present.” The minutes say that after the swearing-in “the Board re-organized by adding Mr. Bruce Evans and Ms. Kathryn Coughlin as new Board members while Mr. Jennett and Ms. Salamoff finished their terms as of today”; every vote at this meeting came after that, so the new board is counted present.
