“Mr. Dixon moved to approve the process as noted in the Board’s agenda packet with a minimum of two RVMs issued to an applicant with leeway to issue four RVMs to an applicant if the Board decides it makes sense and all criteria are met; seconded by Mr. Fee. Discussion followed among Board members on the number of RVMs to issue per applicant. Mr. Dixon amended his motion to limit the number of RVMs issues to an applicant to two; Mr. Fee agreed to the amended motion, but stated he will vote against the motion because he doesn’t feel it will attract peer-to-peer applicants. On the motion, by roll call vote: Chair Mohr – Yes; Mr. Dixon – Yes; Mr. Fee – No; Dr. MacNab – Yes; so voted c) Request for Review and Approval of 2025 Sidewalk Dining Permit Conditions and Agreements.” (Motion: Dixon, second: Fee)
