“On a motion made by Mr. Doyle and seconded by Ms. Collins, the Board voted 3-0 by roll-call to accept the Fifth Amended Joint Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization of Purdue Pharma, L.P. and its affiliated debtors, and to authorize the Town Administrator to execute the Ballot to Accept the Plan or to Vote to Accept the Plan via eballot through the Town Counsel's Office: Mr. Zullas YES Ms. Collins YES Mr. Doyle YES.” (Motion: Doyle, second: Collins)
