Chapter 40B for the following locations: (a) 582 Blue Hill Avenue, (b) 485-487 Blue Hills Parkway, (c) 648 Canton Avenue, and (d) 4-24 Franklin Street/19-25 Bassett Street/522 Adams Street.

“Ms. Conlon moved, Mr. Zullas seconded, and the Board voted 4-0 to Authorize the Chair of the Select Board and the Town Administrator to negotiate and handle, and the Town Administrator to sign, (1) amendments to existing peer review contracts and (2) any additional peer review contracts, in each case as requested by the Board of Appeals with respect to pending applications for comprehensive permits under M.G.L. Executive session At 5:11 PM Chair Collins moved pursuant to pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, § 21(a)(6) to enter executive session to consider the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property based on her belief that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the Select Board, specifically with regard to the parcels abutting 432 Adams Street and 525 Adams Street, and not to return to open session to adjourn.
