“Ms. Conlon moved and Mr. Doyle seconded to approve the following payments with transportation companies in the following amounts pursuant to Section 12 of Chapter 92 of the Acts of 2020. VHS Transportation: $6,259.15 Van Pool: $7,782.45 First Student, Inc.: $75,223.97 Following discussion, Ms. Collins offered a friendly amendment to insert "conditioned upon the execution and amendments and affidavits submitted by each vendor" at the end of the motion. Ms. Conlon accepted the amendment and the Board voted 4-0 to approve the following payments with transportation companies in the following amounts pursuant to Section 12 of Chapter 92 of the Acts of 2020 conditioned upon the execution and amendment of the affidavits submitted by each vendor. VHS Transportation: $6,259.15 Van Pool: $7,782.45 First Student, Inc.: $75,223.97 Roll call vote Collins YES Conlon YES Doyle YES Zullas YES.” (Motion: Conlon, second: Doyle)
