Accept as a gift a parcel of land and two easements as more fully described in the donation agreement with Jane Hardin of even date herewith, and as shown on a certain plan entitled "Plan of land in Millis, MA dated October 30th, 2018" prepared for Jane Hardin, by O'Driscoll Land Surveying, Inc., 46 Cottage Street Medway, MA 02053, Job No. P-2992, and recorded at Plan Book 677, Page 66 in the Norfolk Country Registry of Deeds" and further that the board of Selectmen for the Town of Millis shall be authorized to execute any documents required to effectuate said gift
