“Bill Pike moved to approve Joe Perkins as the Interim Town Manager and to authorize the Chair to negotiate the employment contract. Tom White 2nd. ii. Teresa Farley requested that they discuss what the Town Manager contract should look like and the powers that the ITM should have when hired. She suggested that there be limits to hiring, firing, and making sure that the board has the authority to oversee items outside of normal business hours and asked for consideration as the negotiator.
