Germain stated that comments received from Conservation Commission do not wish to exercise right and Assessor's had no objection. Town Manager J. McGrail stated that the Water Department had a preliminary interest in the lot, but ultimately the project would be too complicated with the timeline. The Board voted unanimously to not exercise Right of First Refusal (ROFR) - Chapter 61A – Wood Street / Map 70, Lots 6368 and 6338..” (Motion: Giovanoni, second: Pike)
