That pursuant to the vote taken under Article 24 of the April 24, 2023 Annual Town Meeting, to purchase the property located at 13 School Street for consideration of $750,000 from MD Realty Ventures, LLC, subject to a restriction that said property for public parking purposes only for a period of thirty years and subject to the seller retaining a permanent easement to use 15 parking spaces thereon, and to execute, and to authorize the Town Manager to execute, on behalf of the Select Board, any and all acceptances, easement agreements, settlement statements and any and all other documents necessary or appropriate to accomplish said acquisition
