Motion: Selectman Murby moved to that we approve a tier 3 water restriction limiting non-essential outdoor water use to one day per week outside of the hours of 9AM and 5PM restricted to hand watering with even numbered houses allowed to water their lawns on Mondays and odd numbered houses allowed to water their laws on Thursdays in accordance with the recommendation received by the Water and Sewerage Board. Seconded by Selectman Marcucci. Vote: Roll call, Mr. Murby: YES; Mr. Marcucci: YES
