To move the Select Board enter into executive session at 5:01 p.m. in accordance with Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30A, Section 21(a), Clause 6,to discuss the purchase of 9, 17, 25 and 33 Pickerel Cove Road, Mashpee, and the grant of a conservation restriction on said property as an open meeting would have a detrimental impact on the Board's negotiating position,with the Board-reconvening in open session at the conclusion of executive session

“Motion made by Selectman Sherman to move the Select Board enter into executive session at 5:01 p.m. in accordance with Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30A, Section 21(a), Clause 6,to discuss the purchase of 9, 17, 25 and 33 Pickerel Cove Road, Mashpee, and the grant of a conservation restriction on said property as an open meeting would have a detrimental impact on the Board's negotiating position,with the Board-reconvening in open session at the conclusion of executive session. Motion seconded by Selectman Cotton. VOTE: 5-0. Unanimous. Roll Call Vote: Selectman Sherman,yes Selectman Weeden, yes Selectman Wyman-Colombo,yes Selectman Cotton,yes Selectman O'Hara,yes Opposed, none.” (Motion: Sherman, second: Cotton)
