That the Select Board, in its capacity as the Board of Park Commissioners and acting pursuant to the vote taken under Article 2 of the October 21, 2024 Town Meeting, acquire the property located at 475 Nathan Ellis Highway for open space and recreation purposes, in exchange for payment of $2.8 million, and to execute, and to authorize the Town Manager to execute, on behalf of said boards, any deeds, acceptances, settlement statements and other closing documents necessary or appropriate to accomplish said acquisition

“Motion made by Selectman Sherman that the Select Board, in its capacity as the Board of Park Commissioners and acting pursuant to the vote taken under Article 2 of the October 21, 2024 Town Meeting, acquire the property located at 475 Nathan Ellis Highway for open space and recreation purposes, in exchange for payment of $2.8 million, and to execute, and to authorize the Town Manager to execute, on behalf of said boards, any deeds, acceptances, settlement statements and other closing documents necessary or appropriate to accomplish said acquisition.
