That the Trust accept$100,000 in CPA funds appropriated by the 2019 Fall Annual Town Meeting for the purpose of acquiring the real property at 12 Cypress Circle for affordable/community housing purposes, and to authorize the Town Manager and/or Town Counsel to contact the current owner on behalf of the Trust to negotiate/finalize the terms of conveyance, including the preparation of a deed, completion of a title rundown and such other measures as may be required to bring the transaction to closure
