To move while there are no Open Meeting Law violations with respect to how the Town lists the location of meetings on its agendas or how frequently boards review executive session minutes and release any capable of being released-that the Town adopt the following three suggestions of the Town Manager: (1)while listing "town hall"without an address complies with the Open Meeting Law, each agenda going forward will also include the address; and (2)while town boards currently review executive session minutes for possible release if the reason for the executive session no longer exists in compliance with the Open Meeting Law,which does not define "reasonable interval to determine if continued non-disclosure of minutes is warranted," town boards will from now on review executive session minutes on the even more frequent basis of every 3 months; and (3) Board members and staff will continue to take the Open Meeting Law training offered by the Attorney General's Office when they first take office and the Town will continue to require that all new members or staff take the training annually
